Delivery and Return information
Equiapparel is a clothing brand based in the UK, all orders are carefully checked, verified and sent to the address specified on your order. All orders to the UK are sent via the Post Office using the Royal mail service. All international orders are sent via DHL. If you have selected the standard delivery option, we can NOT be held responsible for lost mail, please make sure your delivery address is correct on your order. The estimated times below are in affect from the time you receive an e-mail confirmation confirming that your order has been dispatched. All orders are usually sent within 24 hours but in the rare occasion within 48 hours. If you are experiencing a delay with your order please allow some additional time as your local border security may need to check over your order, something that is out of our hands. PLEASE NOTE: Standard delivery does NOT include tracking. if you have selected the DHL Express Tracked option at the checkout, DHL will send you a a text or email with your tracking information. The signed for option for the UK only will require your signature on delivery.

Your order is folded neatly and sent back the way it was recieved.
The product tag is still attached for re-sale.
Is returned with the order and not creased, crumpled or ripped.
Human & Animal Hair
No human or animal hair can be present on the return.
No body odour, perfumes, after shaves, deodorant or any other scents present.
